By using tally, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and access

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access credentials secure.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse tally, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with service availability.

4. Your content

You retain rights to content you create in tally. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content so the app can function.

5. Service availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of tally at any time, including for maintenance and security.

6. Liability

tally is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of tally after updates means you accept the revised terms.
